"I want our clients to feel at home with us."

Cathy Ioffredo

My early life was punctuated by challenges. My single mother, sister and I lived in public housing in Western Massachusetts. Education and hard work proved to be the path to upward mobility. With the opportunity and grace afforded me, I was able to attend the University of New Hampshire. I graduated with a degree in Health Care Administration and served in that capacity within hospitals, primarily at Boston’s Tufts Medical Center.

After marriage, my work and support made it possible for my husband Alan to change careers. He launched a financial planning practice, and its success would later make it possible for me to remain at home with our three children. Later, when Alan and Lena formed ALENA Wealth in 2008, I was invited to join them as branch administrative manager.

This role proved fulfilling. We value our clients and their families and work tirelessly with a goal of ensuring their peace and satisfaction. Our firm’s multigenerational relationships have resulted in intimate, productive, and long-lasting relationships.

Alan and I are blessed with three adult children - Mike, Anya and Anthony, and two beautiful grandchildren. They are our proudest accomplishments. As a family, we embrace traveling and have sought adventure among the world’s most intriguing places. Favorite destinations include Botswana, Patagonia and our beloved Italy. My happiest moments are time spent with family and friends, cooking, reading, and photo book making.
